Pick up from the hotel between 2:30 to 3AM, we will drive to Chivay town, located in the Colca valley at 3 hours by car.
Along the way the bus tour will reach 4900M at Patapampa or "Mirador de los Andes", this point is cold so we recommend to take warm clothes.
Arrive to Chivay, an inter-Andean town located on the left bank of the canyon surrounded by agriculture fields and huge snow-peaks, at this small town we will have breakfast.
Then we will be driving to Cruz del Condor viewpoint, along the way we will stop for taking pictures, you will see pre-incan terraces.
Arrive to the most important point "Cruz del Condor" lookout, where you will see the Andean Condor (Vulture Gryphus). Condors are flingy around the Cruz Del Condor and you can take pictures of the impressive andean landscape surrounded by rock walls and small towns located inside the canyon.
Return to Chivay, along the way we will at Choquetico hangover tombs, Antahuilque and Wayrapunko viewpoints.
Then we will arrive to Maca town where we will watch a nice colonial church from XVI century and the small towns located on both bank of the canyon.
At midday we will arrive to the hot spring of La Calera, where you can enjoy the thermo medicinal pools.
Arrive to Chivay for having lunch and departure to Arequipa city, along the way we will stop at Patapampa (4900 MASL), this place is also known as the Andean lookout ("Mirador De Los Volcanes") where we can watch the volcanic range and the Ampato volcano where the ice maiden "Juanita" was founded, then we will stop at Tocrapampa awhere we will watch andean birds like flamingos, andean ducks, etc.
We will continue driving until arrive to Pampa Cañahuas where we will watch llamas and alpacas.
Arrive to Arequipa at 5PM and transfer to the hotel.
