Pick up from the hotel in Arequipa and departure to Laguna de Salinas takes, the drive by car takes around 3 hours.
We will watch flamingos, the lagoon is full of water from January till June; from July is dry with no possibilities to watch Andean birds.
The trip includes 1 hour walking around the lagoon (4317M) on the way to town of Salinas Huito.
The next stop will be in San Juan De Tarucani and Huayllacucho (4440M), this place has a lot of wetlands with Andean camelids as Llamas, Alpacas and luckily is possible to see deer and Andean fox.
Then we will have the picnic time for enjoying a nice moment admiring the andean landscape.
Around 4PM we drive back to Arequipa, passing by Chiguata, where we will stop for taking some pictures. Arrive to Arequipa and transfer to the hotel.
